This study is for people with colorectal cancer that has metastasized (spread). The study will evaluate an investigational human monoclonal antibody combined with chemotherapy to see if it extends survival, compared to the best available standard-of-care.

Aspirin Use with Risk of Ulcer
This study seeks volunteers who are taking 325 mg. of aspirin daily, and will evaluate methods to reduce the risk of stomach ulcers. Participants will receive study drug, labs, endoscopy, and $500 for completion of the study.
