Health Tip: You're More Likely to Have Rosacea

(HealthDay News) — Rosacea is a recurring condition in which the facial skin becomes inflamed and red. The harmless condition most often affects the cheeks, nose, chin, forehead and eyelids, the ADAM Encyclopedia says.

Here’s ADAM’s list of factors that increase your chances of developing rosacea:

  • Having very fair skin.
  • Blushing easily.
  • Being a woman.
  • Being between 30 years and 50 years old.
