It’s important to eat properly at any age, particularly for seniors.

The American Academy of Family Physicians says malnutrition in seniors can lead to a range of additional health problems:

  • Unintended weight loss.
  • Fatigue.
  • Muscle weakening and lack of strength.
  • Feeling depressed.
  • Memory loss.
  • Compromised immunity from infection.
  • Anemia.
