First…new research focusing on moms with asthma…and what it may mean to their children.Using data from more than 66-thousand Danish women…researchers focused on more than 4-thousand who had asthma during their pregnancies. The team then tracked the children for their first six years. Those born to asthmatic moms faced increased risk of:-infectious diseases-endocrine and metabolic disorders-problems with the nervous system, ears, respiratorysystem, digestive system, and even the skin.More studies are needed, but moving forward, the researchers recommend women with asthma and their doctors keep a close check on flare-ups during pregnancy.Moving on
