This study seeks people diagnosed with depression that have not fully responded to an antidepressant medication. The study will evaluate newly developed brain imaging methods that will allow participants to help control brain activation.

Type 2 Diabetes (Metformin Users)
This study will evaluate the safety and tolerability of an investigational medication for type 2 diabetes. Participants will take daily capsules of the investigational drug along with their usual dose of Metformin.

Metastatic Colorectal Cancer – PEAK Study
This study is for people with colorectal cancer that has metastasized (spread). The study will evaluate an investigational fully human monoclonal antibody combined with chemotherapy to see if it extends survival.
