(HealthDay News) — When tendinitis affects the foot, even walking can become difficult.
The American Podiatric Medical Association says tendon inflammation can affect the foot due to:
- An injury.
- Overuse.
- Failure to properly stretch before an activity.
- Exercising without proper form.
- Having risk factors for tendinitis, such as flat feet, tight tendons or arthritis.
