Not exercising…and having large breasts may put women at a higher risk of dying from breast cancer. That harsh news is the headline coming out of the National Runners and Walkers Health Study.The researchers looked at breast cancer mortality in more than 79-thousand women over 11 years. None had a history of breast cancer at the beginning of the study. Each tracked how long they walked or ran each week. During the study, 1-hundred-eleven women died from breast cancer. Digging deeper, those who met the current exercise recommendations were at 41-point-5 percent lower risk for breast cancer death than those who didn’t exercise enough.
